Peerdrops believes that adults have the task of positively stimulating and encouraging new generations, and showing them how beautiful and fun the world around us can be.
For this purpose, Team Peerdrops dedicates its creativity, design skills, and enthusiasm every day with great pleasure.
WHO, WHAT & WHY
At the end of 2010, Mark Andrik and Johannes Kok, fresh out of Delft University lecture halls, started Peerdrops. After an initial phase of exploration, the have since found their calling. Now, at Peerdrops, we develop the most creative concepts every day to show people of all ages how beautiful the world around us is. For Peerdrops , nature, love, knowledge, health, passion, and fun are absolute key factors.

Moreover, it is our dream to show children that with broader perspectives and positive thinking, life can be even more enjoyable. Our ultimate goal is for them to know that they can always bring a positive spin to life, even as adults!

We utilise our creativity, enthusiasm, humour, and design skills (together known as The Peerdrops Factor) to make all of this tangible in various and surprising ways.

Graphic heroine with an impressive portfolio. Whatever style she brings; our projects always benefit! As 5 hours of sleep are more than enough for Ludwine, she has all the time after work to delve into the history of Middle-earth or get lost in Hyrule!

Seasoned designer and concept thinker who adds depth and tranquility to Peerdrops with his knowledge and experience. Jan Paul is known as "Koekmeister" around the office and distinguishes himself with his love for sumo wrestling. He sticks to watching, which seems wise given his typically Dutch build.

Next level illustrator, character designer and animator who single-handedly ensured that Peerdrops now also delivers professional animations. Michael typically executes his work in shirts with slightly short sleeves, but to be fair, his healthy, active lifestyle means he can pull it off!

ABOUT TWAN
​
Twan brings order to the creative whirlwind in which we develop our projects daily. He does this by commuting daily by train from Amsterdam to Rotterdam. The fact that he could do this while salsa dancing and playing guitar on a skateboard, but chooses not to, is purely a matter of efficiency. An excellent time manager indeed.

Lisa has completed both the Graphic Lyceum and Communication and Multimedia Design, making her versatile. Handy because we often seek the combination of online and offline. Lisa lives with her significant other in the heart of Breda, although not since time immemorial, so when carnival floods the city, she may just flow out for a while.

Marijn is studying Communication & Multimedia Design in Utrecht and is working at Peerdrops on her graduation project: how to increase the awareness of our brand, Allrounder. Marijn is a fan of all sea life and enjoys strapping on her scuba tanks, so she can explore the depths even beyond her graduation project.

Tranquil Brabander of the "actions speak louder than words" variety. With an iron discipline, he travels daily from North Brabant to Rotterdam to arrive promptly at Peerdrops. Mark always follows through on what he promises and is only truly satisfied when we deliver projects ahead of schedule.
